UK company formation for Non-UK resident

It’s a good decision for setting up a business in the UK for both UK residents and Non-UK residents also. For Non-UK Residents, the process is the same as UK Residents and it takes 24 hours to become the business active.

Now there are few steps for forming a UK company for Non-UK Residents:-

• Firstly every company should choose a unique name.
• Secondly, the address which is chosen must be the physical address and must be present in the same country.
• There should be at least one registered director (it is not compulsory that he should be from the UK)
• Then it is necessary to register with the Corporation tax just within 3 months of starting to do business.
• Lastly, Companies’ tax return files or Reports should be maintained which will go to HMRC and Companies house too.
